The Challenge
Take an already live website built around two separate WordPress installs and integrated with Membership Works ( a powerful software for running a small chamber of commerce) and consolidate it under one install on the same URL. When we started the home page took a full 17 seconds to load.
Solution
Cloned the site to a working server and reconstructed the pages that were part of the duplicate install. Add an SSL certificate and compress hundreds of images.
Built a members only section, created video training for members, and planning a media page (still in the works). The site gets a daily backup, security testing, performance testing and up-time monitoring as part of a customer care plan.
